Gay is an accomplished leader, with a long history of achievement and expertise at NPWH. She brings to her new position a distinctive blend of organizational skills and operational experience. As NPWH's vice president and chief operating officer for the past 15 years, Gay is highly familiar with the association and has assumed her new role with confidence.
